The Year in Review and a Look Ahead

As we reflect back on 2024, BesTitle has much to celebrate and look forward to in the coming year.

Our commitment to providing exceptional title services across 16 locations in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia, including two new locations – in Lewisburg, WV and Lexington, KY – and an planned expansion of services into Virginia.

A Year of Growth and Innovation 

“This year has been transformative for us,” says Tom Klein, President and Underwriting Counsel.

Timothy Jamison, Chief Operations Officer, adds, “Our focus on innovation has paid off. We’ve implemented cutting-edge technology that streamlines our processes and provides enhanced security, ensuring smoother transactions for our clients.”

Key Achievements in 2024 

  • Expanded Service Area – We’ve opened two new locations this year and have extended our services to Virginia, now operating in four states. 
  • Enhanced Security – We’ve invested in technology and refined our processes to secure our wiring and money-handling procedures. 
  • Streamlined Operations – A comprehensive review of our processes with our contracted consultant has structured more efficient workflows. 
  • Improved Communication – We’ve enhanced our systems to provide more transparent, real-time updates to clients.

BesTitle Academy – Empowering Professionals and their Communities  

We are very proud of the launch of “BesTitle Academy”. This initiative offers online and in-person accredited continuing education opportunities for real estate professionals.  

“We recognized that many communities we serve lack frequent opportunities for continuing education,” Tim explains. BesTitle Academy will provide flexibility and accessibility to many members of our real estate communities, allowing professionals to meet their educational requirements on their own schedules. 

Community Engagement

Our team has actively participated in local initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to supporting the communities we serve.

A notable example is our “Adopt a Family” program, where every BesTitle office worked with the local school district to adopt a family who could use a helping hand this holiday season.  This initiative is not just toys for children, but includes necessary home furnishings, and in some cases, beds, stoves and washer and dryers.

It is our intention to make a lasting difference in these families lives well beyond the holiday season. 

Looking Ahead to 2025 

As we move into 2025, BesTitle remains committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers and industry colleagues and are particularly excited about several initiatives: 

  • Dedicated Commercial Real Estate Team – We plan to build a specialized team to enhance our services in complex commercial transactions.
  • Continued Expansion – With our recent entry into Virginia, we’re poised for further growth in our regional areas. 
  • Technological Advancements – We’ll continue to integrate new technologies to improve efficiency and client experience.
