We are pleased to introduce BesTitle Academy, an initiative of BesTitle Title Agency, to provide online and in-person Continuing Education courses to real estate professionals throughout West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky.
For more than 30 years, BesTitle has been serving lenders and realtors throughout our 16 areas of service. As an attorney-managed title company, we believe we stand out from others in our industry through our genuine, professional service and exceptional communication with our customers and industry colleagues.
In addition to providing high-quality title services, our team is committed to serving as a resource for our real estate industry partners. The CE courses we will offer are intended to meet the varying real estate continuing education requirements of Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky. Courses will be offered in-person by BesTitle staff attorneys.
Our first course will be “Closing Time – Escrow Services and Owner’s Title Insurance” for 3 CE Hours. The course will be hosted by our Charleston, West Virginia, at the Hale Street Center located at 210 Hale Street., on January 22, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Our staff attorney, Robert H. Skeen, Jr., Esq., will teach the course. A graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law, Bob is Underwriting Counsel for BesTitle Charleston Office. He has been with BesTitle for 8 years, joining the agency after working with the team through his private practice. Having worked in the industry since the late 1960s and early 1970s, Bob has a wealth of experience that the entire BesTitle team taps into and we are pleased to extend that knowledge to our real estate industry partners and colleagues.
