A recent graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law, Colin Molnar serves as an Attorney for BesTitle out of our Bridgeport office, reviewing titles and orchestrating closings. Prior to earning his Juris Doctor degree and passing the Bar Exam, Colin studied at West Virginia University and received a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science.

When asked why he chose to work with BesTitle, Colin immediately pointed toward the people, “There was a friendly atmosphere throughout the interview process that raised my interest,” he notes. In addition, he is excited about the opportunity for company growth in his role with BesTitle.
Colin goes on to say, “My interest in real estate started during my last year of law school when I was a member of the Land Use Clinic. Being involved in this clinic allowed me to develop skills in the real estate sector that have already proven helpful during my time at BesTitle.”
We recently had the opportunity to talk with Colin to learn how he likes to spend his time away from the office.
What personal qualities do you have that help you succeed in your role at BesTitle?
My ability to be personable and honest with everyone I meet.
What are the three things you can’t live without?
My family, my friends, and the gym.
How do you like to spend your free time when you are not working?
I enjoy spending time with my family as well as golfing.
Please tell us about your family.
My father and mother live in Morgantown, WV and are both 65 years old. I have two older sisters. The older sister is 31 years old and lives in Hamlin, New York. The middle child is 28 and lives in Pittsburgh, PA.

Don’t act like you know everything.
