Though we are not new to the Jackson County community, we are thrilled to share that our Jackson, Ohio office has moved to a newly renovated space right in the heart of downtown. With the move comes a fresh chapter of accessibility, energy, and collaboration to the region we proudly serve.
Our new location isn’t just a change of address, it’s a boost to the way we work with real estate agents, lenders, and clients across Jackson, Vinton, Gallia, Athens, Ross, Pike, Meigs, and Hocking counties. The updated office design supports a collaborative mindset, providing a comfortable yet modern environment where our team can continue helping new homeowners begin their journey on an inspiring note.
Being situated in downtown Jackson at 169 Broadway St., allows us to stay even more connected to those with whom we work closest. Our new home allows us to easily meet clients, grab coffee with partners, and remain immersed in the vibrancy of the community. The convenience and warmth of the space enhances our commitment to delivering responsive, personalized service every day.

Meet the Jackson Team
Lindsey Coyan leads our Jackson team as Office Manager, along with Escrow Officer Anne Callahan. In addition, the office is supported by Business Development Representative Sherri Christian, and Title Assistants Gabrielle Craig and Amanda Sickles. Each is dedicated to making the title process smooth, secure, and welcoming for every client who walks through our new doors.
